A bit about Nikki 

Helping young women grow with confidence and busy women gain it back

Hi there - and welcome!

I’m Nikki - Certified Personal Trainer, Strength Coach, Kettlebell Instructor, Glute Specialist, and Nutrition Coach.

​

I’m also a kickboxing enthusiast and busy mom who knows firsthand: you can’t pour from an empty cup. Prioritizing your health isn’t selfish — it’s essential. When you feel strong, energized, and empowered, your family feels it too.

Through online coaching, in-person sessions, and hybrid programs, I help women train with purpose — blending strength training, kickboxing, mobility, and real-life nutrition strategies. No extremes. Just sustainable results that fit your lifestyle.

1. Online Coaching

Train anywhere, anytime — with fully customized 4-week programs tailored to your goals, schedule, and equipment.

Includes:

  • Personalized workouts with instructional videos

  • Weekly check-ins and progress tracking

  • Ongoing support via text or email

  • Optional add-ons: nutrition guidance, deep core rehab, or glute-specific focus

Perfect for busy women who want flexibility and accountability without commuting to the gym.

2. In-Person Coaching

(Home Gym – Barrhaven)

Train one-on-one in Nikki’s fully equipped home gym, located in Barrhaven, Ottawa. Sessions are designed to build strength, improve mobility, and increase confidence in a private, supportive space.

Available as single sessions or multi-session packages.

3. Hybrid Coaching

The best of both worlds — online coaching support plus in-person sessions for hands-on guidance and motivation. Ideal for women who want flexibility but still crave that in-person connection.

Includes everything from the online package plus regularly scheduled in-person training.

4. Nutrition Coaching & Meal Plans

Offered as a standalone service or as an add-on to any coaching package.

Includes:

  • Custom meal plans built around your lifestyle, preferences, and goals

  • Portion guides, grocery lists, and practical nutrition strategies

  • Coaching focused on balance, not restriction
